Arada announces Inaura Downtown project in Dubai

14 January 2026

Sharjah-based real estate developer Arada has announced the launch of its Inaura Downtown project in Dubai.

The project includes a 200-metre-tall tower and comprises 42 floors.

Inaura Downtown encompasses a hotel tower with 114 branded residences, including the Sky Penthouse – a three-storey, six-bedroom home – two duplexes, five-bedroom Sky Villas and a collection of apartments ranging from one to four bedrooms.

The development also offers co-working spaces, meeting rooms, a cinema, a library and a children’s play area.

The project is the latest addition to Arada’s UAE portfolio. The developer is also building the Akala Hotel & Residences project in the Dubai International Financial Centre area.

Akala comprises two 52-storey towers, each 220 metres tall. The first tower will offer 284 residential units, while the second will comprise 354 hotel keys.

Arada is developing three masterplanned residential communities in Sharjah. The Aljada, Masaar and Nasma Residences communities are together valued at AED33bn ($9bn).

The developer is also eyeing international markets. In November last year, Arada announced that it would acquire an 80% stake in the Thameside West waterfront mixed-use development, located at the western end of London’s Royal Docks.

The development is masterplanned by UK-based architectural firm Foster + Partners.

The project spans 19 hectares and comprises 5,000 residential units.

As part of the first phase, Arada will deliver 1,000 residential units, with construction slated to begin in 2027.

Arada acquired the stake from private developer Keystone, representing Arada’s second-largest investment in London, following its acquisition of local developer Regal in September.
