Khansaheb wins more work on Palm Jumeirah

The local Palma Development and Banian Group has awarded the local Khansaheb Civil Engineering the main construction contract for the Serenia Living project on the Palm Jumeirah.

Located on the West Crescent, the beachfront development consists of four buildings with 226 apartments and penthouses, including a Sky Mansion valued at over AED200m ($54m).

The project is scheduled for completion in the fourth quarter of 2025.

The piling contractor is the local APCC. The concept architect is the local Godwin Austen Johnson (GAJ) and the architect of record is Al-Hadatha Engineering Consultancies. The structural engineer is Derby Design Engineering.

In 2015, Palma Development and Banian Group awarded Khansaheb the main construction contract for its Serenia Residences on the Palm Jumeirah.
