Jumeirah announces three new assets in Dubai

30 April 2025

UAE-based hospitality company Jumeirah, a part of Dubai Holding, has announced the development of three new Dubai assets, including a hotel and two new residential projects.

In an official statement, Jumeirah announced that it would develop the Jumeirah Asora Bay hotel in the La Mer area. The hotel will feature 103 rooms and suites, along with 20 villas. It is scheduled to open in 2029.

The Jumeirah Residences Asora Bay will be developed in partnership with Meraas, which is also part of Dubai Holding.

The project features 29 four-to-six-bedroom residential apartments, one seven-bedroom penthouse and six ocean villas at La Mer.

Jumeirah also announced the launch of the Jumeirah Residences Emirates Towers in the World Trade Centre-adjacent Emirates Towers area of Dubai. The project will offer 754 units, ranging from one- to four-bedroom apartments.

Jumeirah’s new project launches are backed by the heightened activity levels in the Dubai real estate market, which dominates the UAE’s construction market. Schemes worth over $323bn are in the execution or planning stages.

This is in line with a forecast by GlobalData, which projects that the output of the UAE construction sector will grow by 4.2% in real terms in 2025, supported by developments in infrastructure, energy and utilities and residential construction projects.
